CMIInsight

Tested trading rules, live-tested records and market intelligence for the most liquid crypto futures. CMI places no orders.

Risk disclosure. CMI publishes rule-based market information and trade plans. It is not investment advice and not a personal recommendation. Crypto futures are highly volatile; leverage magnifies losses and stops can fill at worse prices in fast markets. Signals marked Live test come from rules still in their forward test. Past results do not predict future results. Trade only with money you can afford to lose.

Start here — your first 10 minutes

Seven short steps. Read them once before your first trade; each links to the page where you can try it.
  1. 1What CMI Insight is — and is not1 min

A few times a week, a CMI rule that passed its test on past data finds a setup on the main crypto futures. You get a complete trade plan: where to enter, where to stop, where to take profit. Every plan is marked Live test: no rule has proven itself on live prices yet. Signals marked beta come from an experimental rule with its own record.

It is not auto-trading and not a promise of profit. CMI places no orders — you decide every trade. Many days have no plan; that is the rules waiting for a good setup.

  2. 2Read a trade plan2 min

    • 🎯 Entry — the price to buy (long) or sell (short) at.
    • 🛑 Stop loss — where the idea is wrong. Set it on the exchange right away.
    • 💰 TP 1 — close half here, then move your stop to the entry price. The rest can no longer lose.
    • 💰 TP 2 — where the second half closes, or a trailing stop that follows the trend.

  3. 3Decide your risk first — not your leverage2 min

Pick the amount you can lose on one trade without stress — for example 1% of your trading money. That amount is called 1R. A result of +2R means you won twice that amount; −1R means you lost it. Example: you risk 10 USDT, so +2R = +20 USDT and −1R = −10 USDT. The site shows results in USDT too.

The size calculator on each plan turns your amount into the position size. Before any trade, the free calculators show whether your leverage would liquidate you before your stop, and what fees cost you. Use isolated margin and no more than the leverage on the card — usually far below the 10–20x many channels use, so the stop is hit before liquidation.

  4. 4What to expect1 min

In the 6-year backtest of the Daily trend rule (past data, not a promise) about 1 trade in 3 won. Losses were small (about −0.7R on average) and a few winners were large (about +1.7R on average, some far more). The longest run was 27 losses in a row.

That pattern only adds up if you take every plan with the same risk. Skipping after losses usually means missing the winner. If that does not suit you, it is fine to just watch.

  5. 5Read the results2 min

A plan is open until its stop, target or time limit ends it. An open plan is not a win or a loss yet — its result can still change either way. Only closed plans count in the record, losses included.

Ideas marked Not sent were found by research rules or came after the day’s limit; they are shown for openness and are not plans. New plans, updates and the weekly summary arrive in the Telegram channel; the full record is on Signals.

Live test means a rule that passed on past data is now being judged on real prices, with a verdict fixed in advance (a number of trades and months). Until that verdict, no rule is called profitable. Live tests →

  6. 6Check any signal channel1 min

Before you pay a signal group, run its calls through the same checks CMI applies to itself: is every loss shown, is the stop placed before liquidation, what is the average result after fees? Seven checks → · Check a channel on real prices → (members)

  7. 7Verify a signal you received1 min

Anyone can claim a past signal. Paste a CMI signal on Verify to see that it is the one CMI recorded when it was sent. Each day’s decisions are chained in the public record: changing an old day would break every hash after it.
